This can occur via telephone, personal contact and/or by online facilities (including email and internet) depending on the support base and information that is required. 

TRAINING

As part of Bridgestone Select, we offer to our customers, experienced and trained staff at each and every store location. For this reason all employees must undertake nationally accredited training programs to ensure that they are all appropriately qualified and at the level required of Bridgestone Select. The provision of relevant training and development opportunities to the Bridgestone Select network is an on-going commitment by Bridgestone and is essential to our future success.
